REFUND POLICY

USWiCom Will gladly refund any unused service that any customer has if for any reason they depart from any location where USWiCom is providing service under the following circumstances:
  • Departing from Iraq
  • Departing for another site in Iraq where USWiCom does not provide service
  • We can no longer provide service due to force majeure or loss of contract
 
PROCEDURES:  USWiCom will gladly process a refund for unused days of service when the customer either goes to support.uswicom.com and submits an online service request OR sends an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provides the customer Name, Email address for the account, and the day of departure or last day of service.  All refunds will be processed back to the credit card originally used to purchase service.  It normally takes 4-5 business days for the funds to hit the card.
